Volunteering

Whether you’re the member who pours the tea at meetings, the Group Leader who organises our activities, or the person who sits on the Committee/Trustee Board, volunteers are at the core of Sandbach u3a.

You may be looking for new friends, the chance to be more active or to pass on your skills and knowledge but what better way to get the most out of being a member than being involved?

We all know that volunteering benefits those who are being helped. But did you know that there are also some surprising benefits for the volunteer?  Volunteering can improve your health and wellbeing!

If you’d like to discuss getting more involved please contact the secretary (secretary@sandbachu3a.org.uk) who will arrange for the right person to contact you.
