May Members Morning
A reminder that the May members meeting has been changed to 9th May as the original date was a bank holiday.
We have a talk by Dogs for Good. Mary will attend, assisted by her dog Kingsley, to tell us how the charity was formed, how the dogs are trained and what services are provided.
Prior to the talk, we will have the EGM starting at 9.45. Tea and coffee will be served.
The guest speaker will start at 10.30am.

Earlier this year a working group was set up to consider any changes in fees that might be necessary for September 2022. The working group made recommendations to the Trustees which were considered at the Trustees meeting on March 21 2022.
The Trustees accepted the recommendation that the annual subscription for our u3a should increase to £12 from September 2022. Normally changes to the annual subscription are agreed at an AGM. However our next AGM isn’t until February 2023, which is much too late to change the annual subscription for September this year.
There will be a single item Extraordinary General Meeting before our Members meeting in May, at which we will confirm the result of the vote on the proposal to increase the annual subscription to £12.
