The next U3A quiz is arranged for Wednesday 12th April in St Mary’s Church Hall, Sandbach. Julie Clarke will devise the questions and operate the microphone on the night. The hall will open at 7pm and the questions will start at 7:30. Each team may have up to six members, who should a) bring their own drinks and snacks and b) pay the £1.50 entry fee per team member.
This is a popular event, and the hall allows only 24 teams so prompt action is required. The only way to participate is to send an email in March to kev1dea2@gmail.com. The organiser will ignore any entries sent before 1st March.
The email should contain the name of your team and its captain. The organiser will respond to every entry received to confirm your place in the quiz. If you don’t receive a response within a week, you should resend your application because the organiser did not receive it.
