A quiz night has been organised for Wednesday 9th November 2022 in St Mary’s Church Hall, Sandbach
7 p.m. for 7.30 p.m. start
Teams should consist of up to 6 members and give themselves an identifying name plus the group leader’s name.
Participating teams (maximum 24) should send their team name and leader to quiz @sandbachu3a.org.uk. Closing date for entries will be Saturday 5th November.
There will be an entry fee of £1.50 per person which will be used to cover the cost of the hall. Any money left over will be used as prize money.
Members may bring along refreshments to share with their team, i.e. drinks (plus glasses) and nibbles for consumption during the evening.
Julie Clarke will devise the quiz, ask the questions and reveal the answers. Kevin Dean will keep the scoreboard up to date.
The six members of each team can confer together to obtain an answer to the questions which will then be marked by an adjacent team.
