Attendance Instructions
- Please be at the departure point (normally the Military Arms) 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Ensure that the organiser has ticked off your name before you board the coach.
- If you are not able to take your place, please inform the organiser and if someone else will take your place, please give that person’s name to the organiser.
