The annual process of issuing renewal letters to all members of Sandbach & District U3A has started. There are some key points you should be aware of:
- The Sandbach U3A year starts in September so the payment we are asking for now will take your membership up to the end of August 2018.
- Three quarters of the letters are being hand delivered by volunteers to members in their local area saving over £400 in postage costs. The volunteers take their time delivering the letters so that the U3A desk in Sandbach library is not overwhelmed by early renewals. This means that some members may feel temporarily left out. If you have not received a renewal letter by the end of May 2017, please send an email to SandbachU3A@hotmail.co.uk
- For the next two sessions in Sandbach library there will be extra committee members on hand to issue the membership cards for the year ending August 2018. This should reduce the queues but you may at any time drop your renewal letter including a cheque and a stamped addressed envelope in the box under the U3A noticeboard in Sandbach library.
- You may renew your membership at any time up to September 2017.
