We are inviting new members to join our Singing Group which meets at the Wesley Centre, Room 1 on Tuesday afternoons, 2 pm to 3.30 pm.
We were formed in November 2014 and gave our first presentation at the Social Morning on the 11th May this year.All our members (24 at present) expressed their enjoyment of rehearsals and the performance itself.
There are no formalities or auditions to join us. Even if you think you ‘can’t sing’ just come along, you will receive a warm welcome (especially men)!!!!
We re-commence rehearsals – (music provided) -on Tuesday 8th September.
On June 11th 2016 we are hoping to present a full concert at the Wesley Centre and to include songs from: Abba. Les Miserables, 42nd Street and, (for those who remember) an Ivor Novello Selection – with ‘We’ll Gather Lilacs’, an especial favourite.
